(1) Power off the host, remove the back cover of the keyboard, set TENS to 0, and ONES to 1. Try restarting. (2) After entering programming, press "9876 # 0", press "Programming address=3131 10 #", and long press the * key to exit. (3) Remove the motherboard from the chassis and connect only the keyboard without any other devices. Check if the keyboard is connected to the wrong cable, and ensure that RYGB matches the host one by one. Try restarting. All the above methods have been tried and the problem is still present. It should be a problem with the keyboard that needs to be repaired.
